Hearing Examiner
The Hearing Examiner is appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by a majority of the members of the Ciity Council. The appointment is for a one-year term and therafter may be extended for suceeding one-year terms. The Hearing Examiner is authorized to conduct Public Hearings and make recommendations on land use matters.
