New Rosehill Community Center
 Construction of the new Rosehill Community Center began in September of 2009 by Allied Construction of Everett. Designed by ARC Architects. It is a beautiful 29,000 square foot state-of-the-art building. The building is built on two levels with the primary entrance on the second "upper" level. Many of the rooms offer a view of Puget Sound including a public lounge area with a fireplace and WiFi access. The building will be operated by the City of Mukilteo's Recreation and Cultural Services Department.
The new Rosehill Community Center is under construction with a Grand Opening being planned for February 2011. The Recreation Department is now booking reservations for 2011 use. The new Rosehill Community Center is the perfect setting for business meetings, weddings, receptions, reunions, memorials, birthday parties and recitals. All rental rooms have large windows allowing guests to enjoy a beautiful view of Puget Sound. If you are interested in reserving a date for a special occasion, give us a call at 425.263.8180.

Rooms will be available to rent on an hourly basis. The Point Elliott Multipurpose Room has two options on Saturday and Sunday: a 6 hour block (10am-4pm and 6pm-midnight) or a ten hour block. You may purchase additional hours with the 10 hour block only.
Rates are determined by whether you are a resident, nonresident, or registered nonprofit. If you are a nonprofit you will be asked to provide evidence of your status. Tables and chairs are provided. LCD projector available for rent. Screens and white boards in all classrooms.
