| The city currently has approximately 498 acres of parks and open spaces.

Centennial Park Location:1126 5th Street Centennial Park is located in the northeastern part of the City. This small yet reflective park is an ideal spot for reading, picnicking or just relaxing.
Located in the park is the Japanese Gulch Memorial; an origami crane that is a symbol of peace and harmony and honors the warm friendship of Japanese American children with their Mukilteo peers.
This memorial was commissioned and financed by the Mukilteo Historical Society through donations and was dedicated on June 9, 2000. |

Lighthouse Park Location: 609 Front Street The Mukilteo Lighthouse Park was constructed in the 1950s on a filled tideland and has provided continuous public beach access up to the present. The former Washington State Park was deeded to the City in 2003. In 2004, the City adopted a Lighthouse Park Master Plan to make physical improvements to the approximately 14.4 acre site. Phase I of the Plan is completed. |
| This park is also the home of the historical Mukilteo Light Station which is available for touring and special events. To obtain more information about the Lighthouse contact the Mukilteo Historical Society or visit their website. |

Recreational Fire Pits at Lighthouse Park: Six (6) fire pits are located along the beach at the Park. Please bring your own firewood. Fires are allowed under the following conditions and subject to compliance with the Uniform Fire Code as adopted by the Washington State Building Code (Chapters 51-44, 51-45, and 51-54 WAC):
- An adult must be present at all times
- All fires must be in designated pits
- No accelerants shall be used to start fires
- Only dried non-treated firewood or charcoal may be used
- Fires shall not be higher than two (2) feet
- Fires are not allowed during air quality burn bans and/or fire safety burn bans
- Fire pit users may be asked to extinguish fire if smoke bothers neighbors
- All fires must be extinguished before leaving the area
