Effective January 1, 2008, the City of Mukilteo is utilizing the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) shared Small Works Roster.

MRSC provides a shared Small Works Roster statewide that is efficient and cost effective for agencies and contractors, using electronic formats and procedures. It provides secure, password protected online registration that will enable contractors to register quickly and inexpensively and to revise and update their information quickly. The Roster is updated on an annual basis.  The website for the MRSC Small Works Roster is www.MrscRosters.org. 

The Small Works Roster may be used in lieu of advertising to solicit bids for public works projects estimated to cost less than $200,000.
