Lighthouse Park Improvement Project

Lighthouse Master Plan Cover

In May 2003, the City Council selected the preferred design for the Lighthouse Park Master Plan and identified possible options to be considered when the project enters the design phase. The Parks & Arts Commission was asked to review the preferred design and provide recommendations.

In February 2004, the Council approved the Lighthouse Park Master Plan with revisions and authorized staff to pursue outside funding for the construction of the adopted improvements, subject to final review and approval of the Mayor and Council.

The adopted Master Plan is available at City Hall and the Mukilteo Library or can be downloaded in PDF format from the below links.

November 9, 2007 - Official "ground breaking" ceremony held for Phase I of the project  - Mayor's Invitation
